Outstanding leasing team! Friendly staff, and an absolute boss of a property manager (Sasha) I’ve come across in my rental experience! You need something completed, corrected, or explained, she’s got you! Maintenance is fast, and efficient! And I love that they have a courtesy officer (police officer whom lives on site) myself and all tenants at Lift have access to 24/7, for any security concerns or questions that may arise. Definitely gives me an extra sense of safety and security! Something I found very few if any other properties in the area had!

Convenient location in midtown, short commute to major hospitals in the area if you are in the healthcare sector. Excellent coffee shops and restaurants nearby, some at walking distance. Management is responsive regarding maintenance requests in my experience. The apartment system is quite large and it can be a short walk (indoor) to the Amazon /parcel pick up area depending on the location of the apartment unit but this wasn't a big deal for me. 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve lived in several apartment communities over the past four years in OKC, and I can honestly say this community has been the absolute best experience so far. From the very beginning, the management team has been extremely professional, helpful, and responsive, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stands out to me is how well the community is maintained. The cleanliness of the property, the quality of the amenities, and the overall atmosphere make it feel like a premium place to live. The location is also very convenient, which makes day-to-day life much easier. After experiencing several communities in Oklahoma City, I can confidently say this place sets a very high standard. I’m really excited to move in and be part of this community. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live in OKC!

This is truly one of the best apartments out there, and especially the best that I have ever stayed at. The staff here is more like a friendly neighborhood community. They work so hard and Always go above and beyond to help out with any concern. They throw these monthly events, just so people in the apartment can get to know each other and socialize. These have been so amazing because I have met so many wonderful people through it. This place is so spotless and clean and it always smells so fabulous. I don’t know how they do. Anytime I have any maintenance issues or cleaning concerns. They are on top of it immediately. In my life, I have moved around a lot and probably stayed in at least 10-15 different apartments, And I must say this is by far the best experience that I have had. My family has come to visit and are so impressed by how clean the pool is and how much lounge space there is as well. We came to Lift after my daughter’s previous apartment (just two blocks away) was severely flooded and became uninhabitable. We needed a new place quickly, preferably nearby so she could stay close to work. The Lift team was amazing from the start — professional, kind, and responsive. Malik, Shasha, Jordan, Kimmy, and even Dustin (the head of maintenance) all went above and beyond to help us secure an apartment and move in within 48 hours. When they heard about a small issue with the patio door, they immediately stepped in to help. After everything my daughter went through, it’s a huge relief knowing she’s now in good hands — in a place with 24-hour on-site maintenance, working amenities, and a team that genuinely cares. The building itself is simple and practical, but the people make all the difference. This team truly deserves recognition for their excellent service and kindness.

I lived at LIFT for 30mo/2.5years. I was very pleased with my experience here. I lived in both a 2 bed and 3 bed apartment during my time here and loved both. The apartments were clean and spacious I also feel like the layouts are well thought out. I utilized the common areas frequently for studying and it was a great space to have in the late hours. I also utilized all of the amenities like coffee, dog park, gym, pool, and courtyard. They were always well kept and pleasant spaces to be in. I loved the location it was near downtown and even walkable to many cool spots in midtown. Because of the location there are some people around experiencing homelessness however I felt like LIFT had good security including a fully closing garage door, and locking doors all around the building. I know other luxury apartments in the area had people from the streets that did not live there at their doorsteps but I did not experience that here. I never had a bug problem or sanitary issues in general. Any work order I put in w

I've been at LIFT for almost a month and am very happy that I chose them. The staff has been awesome and I have no complaints. I've had one maintenance issue and it was taken care of the following day. I've enjoyed the amenities and the location is within easy walking distance of good restaurants and coffee shops.

I’ve lived here almost three months and so far everything has been very satisfactory. Quite friendly and professional staff- and not just at the front office but the maintenance folks, too. My only very minor “dings” would be the smallish washer/dryer unit and hot water tank capacity, but not really a big deal.

We have lived here for over three years and love it! The apartments are beautiful and the people are great. Kirby is amazing, she is constantly planning activities to bring the tenants together and make it a true community. Kirby and the office staff are very helpful and always have a positive attitude. They work quickly to resolve any issues. They do nice things to show how much they appreciate the tenants who choose to live at Lift Apartments. The maintenance team rocks, anytime we have needed a repair, It is usually fixed the same day. If they don't have all the parts to fix the issue that day, we are notified how long it will take to be resolved. They go out of their way to find a temporary solution for the problem until they receive the part and can fully resolve the issue. Tenants receive an e-mail or text when the repairs are completed. The apartment complex is awesome! I toured two studios, got a quote for both studios, but then went with a 1 bedroom that I did not tour or see beforehand and moved into the 1 bedroom, all within 2 weeks. The 1 bedroom looked exactly as it did in the virtual tour, which is good. The apartment is very spacious and actually feels larger than my old apartment even though my old apartment was about 100 sq. ft. larger. I like that the apartment complex has a dedicated recycling program, as other apartment complexes I toured did not have recycling. There are plenty of social events at the complex and the complex has a very modern feel. One drawback of this complex is the quotes that I was given for the 2 studios were actually HIGHER than the advertised price on the website (to the tune of $100-200 higher/month), so I'm glad I never had a chance to tour and ask for a quote for the one bedroom because they may have raised the price on me! So if you are interested in a unit I'd recommend not asking for a quote and ap

This is the first apartment I moved to since living in the city and I will say 5 stars for almost everything except for the noises. Random fire alarms will go off every month or so and the walls are kinda thin. There’d be nights I could hear my next door neighbor laughing loudly at 4 am and I’d have work early in the morning the next day. That being said, I would recommend living here because they keep the common areas clean, the staff is friendly and helpful anytime I had questions, they’re strict about pool rules (a very nice pool as well), and maintenance is pretty quick/on top of things. Shout out to Malik for making my experience living there that much better for his charisma and hospitality!! I do miss living there. The closest you’ll get to living in a luxury apartment at a fairly affordable price.

To summarize my time here at lift I would first start with the Staff. I interacted with only 3 members in the office which were Kimmy, Sasha, and Jordan. I cannot express how many good things I could say about Kimmy she is the absolute best person in that office she is everything I would want a representative for a coplex to be. Sasha is very empathetic, and she listens and cares, and I also appreciate her aid when it was needed. Jordan, unfortunately, I would give you a two out of ten. I think you need to work on your communication skills when it comes to dealing and speaking with residence as I feel you did not want to listen to anything I had to say and you made me feel very disregarded and were the last person I wanted to speak to regarding anything my entire residency, The only positive experience I had with you was turning in my keys when I was leaving. The apartment complex is not bad. I lived on the same side as the main office. No complaints . Great/Helpful staff. Maintenance is really nice and pretty quick with everything . My only complaint is the music late at night. There is suppose to an. officer on the property, but they never answer the phone . Super loud music with heavy Base is blasting at night for about an hour or two. Ps: Also the Fire alarm goes off Randomly. It’s currently going off now at 3am. This happens at least once a month. Different times of the day.
